Bradley Electrical Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a family-run electrical contractor based in Rugby. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and your rights.
Who we are
Bradley Electrical Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 07992141. Registered office: 2 Longrood Road, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV22 7RG.

What we collect and why
- When you get in touch. That covers email, phone, WhatsApp and our contact form. We collect your name, contact details, address or postcode, and what you tell us about the job, so we can reply, quote and carry out the work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract.
- When we do work for you. We keep job, certificate and invoice records (for example EICRs and NICEIC/Part P notifications) for as long as the law and our accreditation bodies require. The lawful bases are legal obligation and legitimate interests.
- Website statistics. We count visits and which pages are read, using first-party statistics that don’t identify you. You can switch this off at any time using the cookie icon in the corner of each page.
- Google Analytics. This runs only if you accept analytics cookies. It helps us understand which pages are useful. The lawful basis is your consent.
We never sell your information, and we don’t use it for marketing unless you’ve asked us to.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. We use WhatsApp only to answer your enquiry and arrange work.
Who we share it with
- Only where needed to do the job: for example our scheme provider (NICEIC), building control notifications, and, for solar and battery installations, our MCS-certified installation partner.
- Service providers who host our website and email.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t go ahead: up to 12 months.
- Job, certificate and invoice records: as long as legally required (normally 6 years, longer for certificates where regulations require it).
Cookies
- Essential: a small cookie remembers your cookie choice.
- Site statistics (first-party, on by default, switch off any time): used to count visits and see which pages and enquiry links are used, and to remember how you first found us.
- Analytics (Google Analytics, off unless you accept):
_gacookies.
Change your choice at any time with the cookie icon at the bottom-left of every page.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email info@bradleyelectricalrugby.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
